Thank you for shopping with Game Hive LTD. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, UK public holidays, and Pre-Orders).

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) GMT or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.

• You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Destinations, Rates & Transit Times

We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

 

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the dispatch date. They may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, or other unexpected events outside our control.

Customs, Taxes, and Fees

For all orders shipped within the United Kingdom, applicable VAT and taxes are included at checkout. There are no hidden fees or additional customs charges required upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at orders@game-hive.net. We cannot modify shipping details once an order is in transit.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if it is lost/delayed during transit, please reach out to us promptly so we can assist you and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can process modifications or cancellations before your order dispatches. Once an order is shipped, changes cannot be made, but you can initiate a return after receiving the shipment as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Pre-Orders

1. About Pre-Orders: Game Hive LTD offers pre-orders on selected video games, consoles, accessories, and gaming bundles before their official release date.

2. Release Dates & Dispatch: Pre-ordered items are dispatched on or as close to the official release date as possible. If a release date changes significantly, we will notify you by email.

3. Payment & Refunds: Payment is collected at checkout to secure your pre-order. If a pre-order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed promptly to your original payment method.
